Been on these for 7 weeks. Best product I've used. Hint for people with nano hair extentions, avoid! Lol my hairs growing rapid, and my nanos are now behind my ears with the growth. New extentions required! Nails are strong, slashed my own chin a few times honestly they're so good.

I think I’m on the 3rd bottle now (?) The taste of this supplement is nice and the gummies are easier to separate than the other supplements I have, however I think it’s hard to tell if they’re having an effect yet. It’s difficult to tell because hair and nails take some time under the skin to develop. I will continue using them for at least 6 months to give them a fair chance to work.

I've had gel extensions and acrylics over the years so my nails were shot! Due to the nature of my job I can no longer wear them and need short nails... as you can see I need to cut them often as they grow so quickly now!
