I bought Ouka as it sounded like something the family could do with as the weather is so miserable and the kids and I are all at school where germs have a party! My first purchase from Starpowa and received the free bottle of Seamoss gummies too. Have taken both religiously for a few weeks now and have to be honest and say I haven't noticed any changes at all - perhaps it's too early 🤷 as others have said they are a complete nightmare to get out of the bottle. The Oukamanuka in particular are just one big sticky clump and my fingers are not long enough to get in and separate them. Tried various utensils like spoons but they end up just breaking up. Not sure if I will continue with my subscription at this point
