Amazing!!! by far the best brand and nicest tasting sea moss . I also have the ouka which are also incredible !

they took a few days to get used to for taste as Thiamine can be overpowering at times, but all in all they are working will definately purchase more

Yes the smell and taste at first is odd and takes getting used to but after a week or two I actually now love the smell and taste

I have now run out and after not taking them along side my regular ones I am feeling the affects already, tired and aching all over so they were obviously working for me

Will be purchasing again in the future just expensive monthly out put at the moment for me as I use other starpowa gummies daily but I would very highly recommend these particular ones.
