I’ve been taking these for about 7 weeks now, and the difference is amazing! I have PCOS, My skin has improved massively, I have no more mood swings, and for the first time in years I’ve had a ‘normal’ period that lasted 5 days instead of 3 weeks! Also I feel a lot less bloated and generally just feel better, thank you Starpowa! Over any medication I have been given from doctors in the past, this is the only thing I’ve taken that I can actually see a difference.

My daughter is now going through the acne stage. We have tried everything & at one stage a product we brought made it even worse. Poor thing was so conscious of them she had even tried to cover them up with a bit of make up. Its horrible being your daughter covered in spots & looking red & angry most of the time.. Honestly if you are grouchy, teasy, snappy and all the other things you need these in your life! The difference it has made to me in just one month is so noticeable it’s crazy!!! If I accidentally miss a couple of days I can tell! Honestly you need to give these a go as they have made a massive difference to my mood!

I'm not one to write reviews, however I've been struggling hugely with low mood, especially around the time of the month, PMS has been crazy. I took these for around 2 months and felt a huge difference, especially in my moods. I forgot to order another bottle and after a month of not taking these my moods were once again all over the place. One week of taking these and I am back to my normal self again. They have helped me hugely, my anxiety has almost gone too, couldn't be happier with this product.

I’m on my third bottle now, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference with my hormonal acne. I know these aren’t a cure, but if noticed a reduction in hormonal spots I used to get, now I only get 1 or 2 big ones a month, if that. Just the odd pimple every now and then. I wouldn’t say they taste like bubblegum, but a slight hint I guess, still taste okay though :)
