I've been taking meno balance gummies for a month now and have just started my second bottle. My hot fushes have been greatly reduced... and I feel much more like me, this was a last chance at doing this naturally... I was about to ask my doc for hrt.. but im happy to say I shan't now.. gummypower!!!

This is my first pot of meno balance and I have to say that I have noticed some differences to the symptoms I was experiencing. My Husband actually purchased the meno balance on subscription for me on the understanding that if they didn't do anything, I could cancel at any time. The hot flushes at night have decreased immensely. I seem to be getting my ability to think more and actually come up with some great suggestions to problems etc. I am in the process of losing weight as well, and may have to give some credit to that but I do feel overall less tired, far more energetic and focused. The mood swings and feeling irritable have subsided. Taking just two meno balance a day has worked wonders for me. Yes, I still think there is more benefits I could feeling from taking them but it is still early days. I am waiting to hear whether I can have HRT (had to get my blood pressure down first) and that could take up to a year for a decision to be made, I am seriously thinking of not going down that route now. I have had a difficult few yrs....2 nervous breakdowns....covid twice.....and a mass on my ovary....plus going through the menopause (which I was unaware of drs took no notice of my symptoms. Too young @ 44 apparently). Anyhoo I have had blood results and I'm post menopausal and ovary/mas/fallopian tube removed.
