Get back to feeling like you!

This is a fantastic product that has really been instrumental in alleviating my menopausal symptoms. I had tried so many before hand which hadn't been effective. I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering with brain fog, aching joints, insomnia and the overall feeling of just not being yourself . Thank you Starpowa for making me feel like me again.

Wouldn't be without them!

I was sceptical at first & really didn't think they could help but I'm at the end of my 2nd order & I can really feel the difference. I take these with the Menobalance gummies & I sleep so much better, my hot flushes are rare & if I do get one it is nothing compared to what they were. My brain fog has lifted, my joints don't constantly ache & my general mood is so much better

These have really helped me & I'll definitely continue to take them.

Postmeno support.

These are brilliant. This is definitely the next step to take after meno balance. So pleased with them. Hot flashes are to a minimum now as well as the other symptoms relating to the menopause……so thank you starpowa oh and they taste good too.

Easy and Delicious

I started taking these Post Menopause gummy vitamins a few months ago, along with Hair Skin and Nails vitamin gummies.

I work in a school with younger students. The Winter virus and sickness bugs were rampant leading up to the Christmas break. I have managed to avoid all illness this season!

Theses vitamins do work I feel so much better after just one week bloating is nowhere as bad as it was. Just within myself I feel like I am not as tired and sluggish. Second bottle is ordered.

Promising start

These have a great flavour. I've been taking them now for a few months and initially I thought they were improving some of my symptoms, night/day flushes and energy levels, but now I'm not sure. I will give them a little longer.

What is the post-menopause?

Postmenopause characterises the extended stage of life where people no longer get monthly periods. Usually defined after your mid 50s.

Can I take Postmeno Support with other Starpowa menopause products?

Yes, if you are unsure where you are in your journey you can take Postmeno Support alongside Meno Balance.

Can I take multiple products together?

Yes, infact we encourage it. you can take up to 10 gummies per day.

How long can you take the gummies for and can you take more than one product?

You can take our delicious gummies for as long as you like! You can take up to 10 StarPowa gummies per day, but try to spread them out through the day if possible. If you become pregnant, start breastfeeding, start taking prescription medication or are under any medical supervision you will need to consult your GP or doctor prior to taking any supplements.

What is the difference between the Perimeno Support, Meno Balance and Postmeno Support gummies?

Whilst symptoms can be similar and even overlap between the three stages of the menopause, the Starpowa products (perimeno Support, Meno Balance and Postmeno Support) prioritise different symptoms i.e. whilst Postmeno Support has ingredients for hot flashes (as do Perimeno Support and Meno Balance) it also supports decrease in bone density with manganese and Vitamin D + more.

Why would you recommend Postmeno Support?

We would recommend that you take our Postmeno Support gummies which combine nature and science to help with post-menopausal symptoms such as a decrease in bone density, fluctuations in weight, thinning hair & vaginal dryness. They are amazing! A great combination with these would be our collagen support gummies as during the menopause studies have shown that women's skin loses about 30% of its collagen during the first five years of menopause. Can you take Meno Balance with medication such as HRT?
